Shipping policies

On all orders, please allow between two & five days from the date of purchase for items to be shipped. 

Domestic orders: Please allow a maximum of fourteen days, excluding made-to-order items and holidays to receive your purchase. 

International orders: Please allow a maximum of twenty-five days, excluding made-to-order items and holidays to receive your purchase. 

Returns/refunds: Royal Melanin Prints does not currently accept returns and refunds. However, exchanges may be possible with items of equal value only and you would be required to pay any shipping fees associated with the transaction. We value our customers, so feel free to contact us with any concerns or feedback.


RMP is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once, the carrier has the package, we are no longer liable including any mis-delivery errors made by the carrier.

RMP is not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address. We recommend before completing your order double-check that the shipping address is correct.

Custom pieces ordered via the customization page require full payment to start production and are non-refundable. Once, production is done we will contact you & from there you will pay the shipping.

All items are handmade, so no two items may be exactly the same. Also, there may be slight differences in appearance in-person from online due to lighting, but we try our best to display the items as accurately as we can. Some prints may have a low quantity or become unavailable due to high demand. However, RMP does have a variety of comparable prints that would suit your needs. In this case, we would contact you to inform you and discuss other options available.

RMP is ALL about giving our customers customized products/services, so most of our products will be made-to-order besides the customization page which is 100% made-to-order. We only keep very limited quantities on hand, mainly for advertising.
